Postnatal / Mom + Baby Yoga Series with Jenna Handloff Fridays 2-3pm, March 1, 8, 22 and 29 : tea provided, please bring your favorite mug or tumbler A class dedicated to support postpartum healing (6 weeks - 3 years post delivery) by offering mom a place to stretch, strengthen + calm her body and mind. This class is designed to be a community building experience + safe environment to honor the transition into motherhood. Gentle movements for Baby will aid digestion + promote relaxation.
